The price of an Action Agent is composed of three core components:
ActionVM Fee: Covers the AI Gas Fee and other ActionVM service costs. This fee dynamically adjusts based on model complexity, inference time, and the frequency of calls.
Magnet Service Fee: A commission fee collected by Magnet Labs.
Agent Creator DAO Custom Fee: Defined by the Creator DAO to reward Agent Token holders and ecosystem contributors. The revenue distribution mechanism is proportional to token holdings, ensuring fairness and transparency in ecosystem incentives.
Creator Hub is an open, collaborative platform designed for Action Agent creators, featuring two types of participants: Action Creators and Agent Creators. Within a decentralized environment, these participants work together to build powerful Action Agents. Through the tokenization of Action Agents, the platform enables multi-party profit sharing and incentive mechanisms.
Creator Hub consists of two main components: Creator Hub and Creator Treasury.
Creator DAO primarily composed of Action Creators and Agent Creators, who collaborate to create Action Agents and hold voting rights on proposals. Anyone holding Agent Tokens automatically becomes a member of the Creator DAO.
Develop and implement various Action code snippets, such as token swaps, on-chain data queries, and social media operations (e.g., sending tweets). Each Action Creator can set a commission fee for their Action, such as 5%. When an Agent Creator utilizes the Action, the corresponding percentage of Agent Tokens is allocated to the Action Creator.
Agent Creators manage the creation and version upgrades of Action Agents, providing unique knowledge bases and business process definitions for the agents. During version iterations of an Action Agent, new Action Creators may be introduced, with each upgrade proposal approval through a DAO proposal.
Upon the creation of each Action Agent, corresponding Agent Tokens are issued to represent ownership rights for that agent. Beyond the portion reserved for the initial Agent Creator and allocations to initial Action Creators, the remaining Agent Tokens are automatically deposited into the Creator Treasury for distribution through approved proposals.
DAO Proposals are categorized into the following types:
Upgrade Proposal: Proposals to upgrade an Action Agent, typically initiated by the Agent Creator.
Agent Token Allocation: Open to anyone, allowing applications to request Agent Tokens for any reason.
Revenue Sharing: Proposals to distribute rewards proportionally to existing token holders, which can be initiated by anyone.
Action Agent Price: Jointly determine the additional fees (i.e., profits) for the Action Agent.
The Creator Treasury manages two primary types of tokens: Agent Tokens and USDC (Revenue).
Agent Tokens: Automatically deposited as unallocated tokens upon the creation of an Action Agent.
USDC: Generated from revenue earned through the Agent Marketplace.
Both token types are governed by the DAO and managed through Governance Proposals.
